应聘条件
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in electro-mechanics or automation. MBA preferred.
2.At least five years working experience in photovoltaic industry or Semiconductor field.
3.At least two years of sales management experience, including setting budgets, setting forecasts, defining requirements for success including hiring successful staff.
4.Having had formal sales training and being familiar with the sales process.
5.Demonstrated leadership skills and leadership qualities, having supervised/managed direct staff.
6.Demonstrated sales achievement in the capital equipment industry.
7.Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese.
8.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good at building and maintaining relationships with people.
9.Honest, ethical, and respectful.
10.Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative.
11.Good at problem solving.
12.Excellent negotiation skills.
13.Aggressive, reliable, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
14.Strong self assurance and confidence; pro-active and self-motivated.
15.Must serve as a role model to reporting staff and office personnel.
16.Frequent travel to customer site is required.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Provide leadership and supervise the Sales team in promoting and selling of semiconductor and photovoltaic products.
2.Adhere to established sales practices and train sales staff in the art of the sales process.
3.Work with the Service team in coordination of installations and field support of the semiconductor and photovoltaic equipment.
4.Explore and develop new customers and business opportunities.
5.Communicating and working together with the overseas suppliers to support the customers in China.
6.Ensure high level of customer satisfactory through excellent pre and after sales support.
7.Project a vision for the Sales team and for senior management; in coordination with the Sales Director prepare annual budget for the sales team and define the annual sales target.
8.Responsible for staff annual performance assessment.
9.Provide sales forecast, sales reports and service reports to management every week.
10.Prepare the monthly sales performance report to management.
